We can always be reached by telephone and we also have our own service workshops. But we are also prepared to head out from one of more than 10 locations in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark. We are always close to the end-customer.
Nordic Service Group provides maintenance for a wide range of both low-end and high-end equipment and our signature is making accurate diagnoses. All our biomedical engineers undergo training in companies throughout Europe including England, Germany, France and Italy. We are process-oriented and only work with calibrated testing equipment.

We are independent and loyal
There are two ways Nordic Service Group can help business partners in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark. Partners can sign an All Service agreement where we handle all processes, information and all contact with the end-customer. Or they can sign a Supplement Service agreement in which we provide assistance for particular periods with specific duties or in pre-determined geographic areas.
