Nordic Service Group processes customers’ personal data pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of EU. In this regard, Nordic Service Group has implemented a data policy according to the existing EU and local laws.

The Data Subject’s Rights

Nordic Service Group fully respects the data subject’s right and desire for the confidentiality of any personal data that is provided/collected in connection with Nordic Service Group’s work and processing of said data. We are aware of the need to protect, restrict and properly process all personal data that may be provided to us/collected by us.

Personal data covers all data that can be used to identify a person, including but not limited to the person in question’s first and last name, age, gender, work address or other physical address, email address or other contact details, etc. These can be processed in order to supply customers with elements such as newsletters or instrument service.

Nordic Service Group processes our customer data in connection with our work and we will regularly erase or anonymize all data that has been transmitted to us [contact details such as name, telephone and email]. This information is stored for as long as [our contract/guarantor liability/cooperation] applies. Or if there is a legal requirement to store data and taking into account the General Data Protection Regulation and the supplementary local Data Protection Act.

Nordic Service Group respects a person’s rights to rectify their personal data, as well as to have it erased, including customer data. Therefore, we will erase all data on request, taking into account the General Data Protection Regulation and the supplementary local Data Protection Act.
Only Nordic Service Group’s employees are granted access to personal data and only to the extent necessary to resolve the tasks [which we have agreed/are obligated to].

Security Breach

Nordic Service Group must report security breaches to supervisory authorities, without delay, within a maximum of 72 hours. If a security breach may impact the data subjects, we must also notify them of this within the same timeframe.

If you give your consent when accessing our website, cookies will be sent to your computer via the browser. This allows our website to recognize your browser and retrieve information. The objective is to ease the customer experience and compile statistics on traffic etc.
